If you are interested in enrolling your child, please follow the below steps. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child!
Step 1
Fill out an Interest Form
It’s never too early to begin the admissions process. Start by clicking the Interest Form button to fill out our form so we can learn a little bit about you and your child. Step 2
Book an Informational Call
An informational call, with call with one of our team members is a crucial step in the enrollment process. It provides an opportunity for you to learn in detail who we are at Cosmic Roots, ensuring our values and educational approach align with your family's needs. During the call, you can ask questions, understand our curriculum, and discuss how our programs can benefit your child and the community. This personalized process is helpful in determining if our school is the right fit for your child, paving the way for a successful educational journey. Book your call HERE.
Step 3
Submit an Application
To secure a spot at our school, please submit a completed application along with the application fee. Our admissions team will confirm receipt via email. We will review your application, and if all parties (your family, the student, and our staff) agree that our school is a good fit for your child and space is available, we will send an enrollment invitation via email.

Step 4
Secure your child’s enrollment
Once our admissions team reaches out to you with an invitation to enroll, congratulations! This means your child has been offered a spot in one of our classroom communities. Enrollment paperwork is all done online (we love the trees and try to reduce the use of printed paper whenever possible). Follow the emailed instructions to complete the forms and set up your payment plan in our tuition management system - Wonderschool. Here, you will be able to pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Family Handbook
Step 5
Join the Community!
Connect with us on social media to meet other families, stay informed about campus events and activities, and share your photos! All enrolled families will automatically receive our school newsletter, which provides various opportunities for volunteering and getting involved in the school community.
Cosmic Roots practices a non-discriminatory admissions policy, welcoming students of any race, religion, gender, or ethnic origin to enjoy all rights, privileges, educational programs, and activities.
Admission Priorities:
- Currently enrolled students
- Siblings of currently enrolled students
- Waitlisted students
Prospective students may be placed on a waitlist outside of the Registration Period after a meeting with the Admissions Team and one or more school visits.
